A:AnswerHi there Schornbush! The compressor will continue running until the refrigerator reaches the set temperature. If it is not shutting off, then something is preventing the refrigerator from maintaining the right temperature. Check out this link (https://bit.ly/2RgvIsI) on cooling issues to help determine the cause. ^Jecca
A:AnswerYes it has wheels. Go to any internet appliance parts site. Call up this model number and look at the print. It shows that this model has wheels.
A:AnswerI purchased this model in white. Fingerprint really don't show. The front of the refrigerator is a white gloss finish and the sides and top have a textured finish.
A:AnswerHI Warrior808, this refrigerator does not have an internal water filter, but one can be installed on the water line for filtration. You can view this information in the user manual http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201606/20160610101020665/DA68-02657A_Rev09_User_Manual_AA_IBACI_RF.pdf on page 16. ^Rosi
A:AnswerIn order to open the full-width drawer, both refrigerator doors have to open past 90-degrees from the closed position. If there is a wall that a door would hit keeping it from opening fully, the full-width drawer won't open very far. It will hit the trays on the doors. Also, the 1/2-width drawer on the side that had the not fully open fridge door wouldn't open completely either for the same reason.
A:AnswerHi Curious in NY,
The accurate and current measurement of the RF220NCTASR is 21.8 cu ft, and the estimated operating cost is $76 per year based on Energy Star's standards which were updated in September 2014. It's possible the other capacity and cost estimates you've seen were based on the prior standards. The Refrigerator itself didn't change, but the new information reflects actual usable space (e.g., without the ice maker) and energy use to maintain a lower temperature.

A:AnswerI'm sorry to hear the doors on your new RF220NCTASR may not be closing properly. It's possible that this is due to the refrigerator not being level. Please try adjusting the front leveling legs after placing a carpenter's level on one of the shelves. The bubble in the level should be perfectly centered left to right. Please refer to page 15 of the user manual for more information. If this does not help to resolve the issue, please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG for further assistance.
Thank you,
Ms. Samsung
