QuestionI noticed the ice maker does not have an ice full indicator arm. How does the system know to stop making ice? or is this model a manual ice making operation due to the very accessible ice maker on off button.

- Answer Correct, there is no machine-sensor that alerts you so you just need to turn on and off as needed. When switched back on to make ice, it can take up to 24 hours to start producing cubes.

QuestionI just got my fridge this week. The doors on the refrigerator are difficult to close. The freezer closes without any issue. I can close them both partially, then I can push firmly and it will close. It isn't supposed to do that is it?

QuestionPlatinum model lighter or darker than the stainless steel modelIs the platinum color darker or lighter than the stainless steel color. It appears to be lighter, almost gold'ish in the stock pictures, I can't find a platinum showroom model anywhere

- Answer Hi Remodeler, Whether the Stainless Platinum finish appears lighter or darker than real stainless depends in large part on the room's lighting and angle of view of the real stainless steel surface since it is metallic and catches/reflects light differently than the painted/coated finish of the Stainless Platinum. QuestionI recently got RF220NCTASG/AA. I just had a water line put in for the ice maker in the bottom freezer drawer. It is not working. I also cannot find a reset switch. I have only had it a few months.

QuestionI bought a brand new Samsung rf220nctasr/AA couple of days ago. I plugged it in after waiting for a couple of hrs but it keeps beeping for 6 seconds every single minute! I checked Everything, door closed and all,No alarm on/off option! How do I stop that?

- Answer Place magnets on top of the refrigerator where you see the word SWITCH to temporarily disable the alarm. The lights will turn off, but it’s better than the annoying alarm when you want to clean or rearrange.
