“Does the inside of the freezer door come with a small flip-out shelf? We did not receive such a shelf, but the angled slots on freezer door appear to be designed for one. if not that, what are they for? (please see photos)”

No. Mine doesn’t have it either. I noticed it too but nothing in the box for it. Could of been for a different model maybe in another country as well?
