• The hinge of the top shelf is on the ice maker itself so it folds upwards from right to left.

• The tray next to the ice maker just folds up against the ice maker. Middle try on the right pushes in. That’s it.

• Hi there Barbara! I checked the specifications of this model, and while it does have a slide-in shelf, it does not have a fold up shelf. Page 19 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3yL3qfk) shows how to use the slide in shelf. ^Jecca
