Q: QuestionIs there any way to access ice ? Want to fill ice buckets and don't want to use the dispenser on the door which drops small quantity.

• A:Answer Hi JimD! Yes, you can remove the ice bucket to retrieve any ice that has been made. Page 65 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/2PF7I3u) has instructions on how to do this. ^Jecca

• A:Answer I looked in my manual for this refrigerator and it says the width is 35 3/4 inches. I found the documented dimensions to be the same as the measured dimensions.

Q: QuestionHow come the specs for this refrigerator says it’s 31”deep...if it’s correct, that’s NOT a counter-depth... my actual, regular refrigerator is 31” deep...I’m confused... I’m getting this delivered in 2 days and I hope it’s not too big.

• A:Answer If you have an ice maker in it, return it and get something else. The ice maker is a known issue even after repairs. Samsung will not help you once the warranty expires. The ice make frosts over so much, it causes the ice to jam up and no longer produce ice. In my searches, this has been an issue for several years. Ours is less that two years old and been problematic from day one.
