Temp is a safety issue. 37 is the recommended temp for the refrigerators to prevent bacteria and mold. Anything above 41 is unsafe and food will spoil quickly.

To change the temp, Simply press the fridge button repeatedly and the temperature will start to change. Keep pressing the until your desired temperature is reached.
