Hi there! I'm happy to help with this. The lock icon you're seeing is indicating that the dispenser lock has been engaged. To turn the dispenser lock on/off, you'll need to press and hold the "Water/Ice" button for about 3 seconds. This button is located on the control panel inside the refrigerator compartment. ^Jecca
