Thanks so much for asking! Yes, the refrigerator does come with a water filter (model HAF-QIN). However, this filter will need to be replaced approximately every 6 months, depending on usage. Beginning on page 20 you can find detailed installation instructions with everything you'll need prior to installation listed. ^Jecca
