It appears your question is about the height. On this unit, the hinge covers are the same height as the top of the door, i.e. 70 inches. The hinge covers go back perhaps a foot. Unlikely to fit under your cabinet if it 69 inches up. (My cabinet has 67-inch clearance. I've removed cabinet section above fridge, and will modify it when this fridge is delivered.)

When you install the refrigerator next to a fixed wall, you must provide a minimum clearance of 3 3/4" (95 mm) from the wall to allow the door to swing open. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad
