• Yes one of the models has a water dispenser on the inside of the refrigerator the other one does not

• Hi Sellie, the models RF261BEAESG and RF261BEAESG/AA are exactly the same. The difference is that the /AA Unit has been manufactured to be sold in the United States only. ^Gaby.
