“Are Fr doors hard to open/close? I heard some don't like Fr doors bc they are awkward to close. I know alarm sounds if door left ajar, but closing door twice is inconvenient. Is this model ok to use against wall on 1 side? Will I be able to access fridge?”

The French doors will work fine for you as long as the doors are past your wall with a 45 degree angle. Depth will be a concern for you with a wall so make sure you measure. Most have to close one door at a time and not both at the same time.
