Thanks for the question, Sunshine. It isn't unusual for a refrigerator to produce heat as part of the cooling process. For this reason it's important to provide sufficient clearance around the outside of the refrigerator so the air can circulate and prevent the heat from building up. If your RF260BEAESR is installed with little or no clearance, particularly on the side that feels warm, you might roll it out into the room and let it "breath" for a little while. If this takes care of the issue, then it was likely caused by insufficient air circulation. However, if it continues to feel excessively warm, I would suggest calling 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can help determine whether service is advisable. - Ms. Samsung
