19.95 one is the charging block only as new Samsung phones come with cord and no block. The 34.95 model is block with attached cord as it shows in the picture.

As the two other reviews stated, the more expensive one comes with a cord. However, the first comment said that Samsung is no longer including the block. I just bought a Note 20 Ultra (which I love), to replace my trusted old Note 5, and both a block & cord was included. I would have been really mad if a 1,300.0 didn't have a block. BTW... this is a good price for this charger. Samsung and Amazon are about $10.00 more for the same charge.
