“Is there a screen replacement somewhere for this? If so please send a link or something. I had it for less than a month and the screen broke. There is a giant bruise/crack looking thing in the middle. Please help!”

I highly doubt it, but contact Samsung since it is still under warranty you could get it replaced for free.
