Don't bother with this specific monitor. Read my generous 2-Star review. it is legit.

Each of these displays will take up 20 Gb/s, so you can daisy chain two of these per port. I recently bought a third ViewFinity S8 and am running two off of one Thunderbolt 4 port and the third monitor off of a second port (and I know my Mac could handle a few more). I don't know the specs on your HP Envy, but I do know that the RTX 4060 can handle 4K at 240fps or 8k at 60fps, so technically it should handle four 4k monitors at 60fps, which will be the absolute limit of that graphics card. Also, seeing as four 4k monitors would be the max limit of your hardware, depending on if you're using an Envy desktop or laptop, your computer will probably be running hot constantly, and performance may take a hit if you intend to push that many pixels for things like gaming.
