• Yes. There is a youtube available to walk you step by step if yours didnt come with the paper work like mine because bought it from open box display for $90!!! With very mimimal scratches.

• yes. the base has 4 adjustable legs identical to the washer or dryer. It can be leveled prior to the device being placed on it.
