Samsung RF28T5021(SR/AA). One of the papers that came with the fridge says turn off the Energy Saving* function (*applicable models only). My fridge doesn’t have that function, but I do see the sticker. My guess is that they put that sticker on ALL of their refrigerators. The paper says to wipe off the condensation with a dry towel. (This may occur during hot and humid weather.). If you open the doors frequently or for too long, it may cause moisture to form inside the fridge. I’ve read every page of the manual. There is no button.

We understand your situation is difficult since condensation can affect your produce/grocery. This refrigerator does not have an energy-saving function. To prevent condensation from forming, the refrigerator has heat-proof piping in the front corners. If the ambient temperature rises, this equipment may not work effectively. This is not a system failure. The main causes of condensation are the following: • If a door is left open, moisture enters the refrigerator. • Food with high moisture content. To address these, remove the moisture and do not leave a door open for extended periods. Make sure food is wrapped airtight.
