How much water does the pitcher hold? null

Pitcher is labeled with a 48oz line at top. If you use the diffuser for adding charcoal (I use charcoal stick), or fruit, then slightly less.

Maybe half of a gallon but as soon as you close the door it automatically refills!! It’s great and we love it
