“I used a copper water line to connect my fridge to the water hose. The ice machine is working but at a slow place. Also the water dispenser is not working. Can someone help me explain why it’s not working?”

Hi Juuu1! I have 2 links I believe will help you resolve this issue. The first (https://bit.ly/3vYDtH8) has troubleshooting steps for when the ice maker is not working properly. I may be able to help with the water dispenser: It is sensitive to moisture. Make sure there is no water/condensation on either the pitcher lip or the button that it presses. Mine stopped working, but began to fill eventually. When it did that again, I found that if you dry those two parts it works as intended.
