Yes, ir does. There was an update a few months ago and no supports Alexa. However, somethings so work better with Bixby on the unit. So, its basically your preference.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Samsung uses Bixby, the same as what they use on their Galaxy phones. However, it may support ITTF (not sure), which then, perhaps you can have your existing Echo or other Alexa capable device of interacting with the fridge.

Search the internet for Samsung refrigerator and ice build up. Its a major problem on Samsung fridges that costs over $600 to repair! Broken ice makers are another big problem, but mine has been reliable. These problems are so common that they are DEFECTS that Samsung should help repair. Samsung has a ONE YEAR warranty on its refrigerators. My fridge broke after a year and a half!! DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG refrigerators. Samsung needs to back up their products.
