I have the exact same problem and it's hooked to a Samsung TV. I have upgraded all my HDMI cables so I don't think that's the issue. I have found that if I reset my soundbar sometimes it will take care of the problem, but I definitely wasn't expecting to have this problem when I bought it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Tcnichols! Please make sure that you have the most updated firmware installed, ver 1017.5. You can find the update on the product page of your HW-Q70T on the Samsung website. Updating the firmware on your soundbar gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. ^Patty
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.if it does it when you are switching apps or inputs then it is normal. there will be a slight delay till the soundbar detects the sound format and decodes it. if it does it in the middle of a show then you could have a bad or old hdmi cable
