I had similar issue, worked it out with Samsung help. You can try rebooting the SB by pressing the + and - volume button on the top of the SB for 10 seconds. You will see "INTI" on the window (right front) of the SB. Once you see this turn it off and restart TV and SB again.

Then follow this guide to get to the right setting adjustment: Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay. You can adjust that up and down while watching TV to get it synced correctly. ^Jeremy
