Hi Loves2read, First, please know the MLB app is available. Go to Home> Search> Type in MLB app> download. However, to reset your TV go to Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub (This will sign you out of apps and reset Smart Hub to factory default ~Samsung Advisor
