• The jack you're looking at is not a headphone jack, it's an audio output jack. You can use it for a pair of wireless headphones, which are self-amplified, but it won't drive a pair of wired headphones adequately. You'll need an external headphone amp, such as the Behringer HA-400. Also, know that the output level doesn't vary with the TV's volume control; It's a fixed level. So, buy a pair of headphones with an in-line volume control.

• Yes has 3 audio outs (including one 3.5mm headphone out)
