No headphone output, but it has an analog audio output (fixed-level), and it has a digital optical audio output. If you want to drive a pair of headphones, you'll need an ancillary headphone amp, unless they are wireless headphones. Keep in mind that you can't control the headphones volume with the TV's volume control, the level is "fixed". .
