Hi Irena,
Yes, this television does have an audio out jack so you could do it, but the output is on the back of the television so you would definitely need long headphone cables. For a more enjoyable experience, I paired my Blutetooth headphones easily and love them You can just about any bluetooth device, my older Note worked great.

Yes this particular model the 32" J5500 has a 3.5 mm output so you can directly mute the speakers on the TV. You may just have to go into the sound settings to change this.
