• Jerry, There are instructions available, and in most cases, it's setting the TV down carefully, putting the stand where indicated, and a few screws. We don't anticipate that you'd have any trouble. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr. S

• Easy I Did It My Self, All Screws Included Does Seem a Little Top Heavy though, So Be careful where you place this TV Put Up High So Kids Can Not Knock It Over!!!

• I think there are 6 screws. Just need a Phillips head (star) screwdriver and you are done. Super easy.

• Very simple. 4 screws (Phillips) and it was done. Didn't even need the hubby.
