My hearing is not perfect. I had to play around with the sound - as I do on all TVs. There is a setting for "clear voice" in the audio presets. It supposedly raises the voice level above the other sounds. But, I like the "amplify" setting better. It raises things too (I'm not sure exactly what!) - and for me it's easier to understand the voices.
