• I would think so. It is a very light HDTV, does not need much of a stand. It is secured with 6/7 short screws.

• It Seems Solid But It Is Top Heavy!! Place up where Children can not knock it over!!

• Yes the stand is sturdy. I have a toddler and a baby who shake up the cabinet where the tv stands but the tv stands still.
