A:Answer I had the same issue. As far as I know, there's not and Best Buy makes you pay a service fee for helping you. However, I think the legs will only go in one way. You have "drop the screw in", and apply pressure w/ the screwdriver. I was afraid I was going to strip it, but it didn't. It's very awkward to do, for sure. Be sure to lie the TV down on a blanket...you don't want to mess up the screen or jack w/ the color.
