“I ha ve DirectTV and the remote works great with my TV.. The remote that came with the TV is very hard to figured out. Is it okay to use the remote that came with directtv instead of the remote that came with the Samaung QLEDTV?”

'Same issue here. I use my cable provider's remote, NOT the one that came with the TV.
