I use it with my macbook pro! if you have a newer model you'll just have to buy an hdmi-to-usbc cable. linked my setup below :)

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your Mac Pro laptop has a HDMI video output, yes. However to make good use of the monitor's 4K (UHD) capability, see if you laptop has 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution. If not you mighty be wasting your money since a "1080" (HD) monitor is a better match for your laptop's video output. On the other hand, 4K is what your next computer will no doubt output and even with 1080 (HD) output, the doubling does make for a better picture and the 32 inch size is great so long as you the desk space for it.
