Hi, have you tried any of the following?  
Check for Demo Mode: Ensure the fridge isn’t in Cooling Off (Demo) Mode, which disables cooling to save energy. If the display shows “OF OF” or “O FF,” press the Temp, Power Freeze, and Lock buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until a chime sounds to deactivate it.
Power Cycle the Fridge: Unplug the fridge or turn off the circuit breaker for 2 minutes, then turn it back on. This can trigger a self-test, and an error code may display if an issue is detected. It may take up to 4 hours for the control panel to reflect the set temperature and up to 28 hours to stabilize (if doors aren’t opened).
Inspect Door Seals and Airflow: Verify that the doors are closing properly and the seals aren’t dirty or damaged, as this can let warm air in, affecting cooling. Ensure food isn’t blocking air vents inside the fridge or freezer, as this restricts airflow. Keep food 2 inches clear of vents and the fridge at least 2/3 stocked for efficient cooling.
