Yes has a headphone/audio out jack.

Yes, there is a plug on the back to use the sound coming through the HDMI cable. The monitor itself does not have internal speakers.

Line out jack on the back, although if connected to a PC, the quality of sound would almost certainly be better if you connected speakers to the sound card/chip on your computer.
