That is definitely not normal. I watch videos and play WoW on mine and my wife's. We haven't seen any noticeable blur. Ours is set to auto-sync with our graphics cards. I wonder if something is wrong with your settings or your graphics adapter. I would contact support for your monitor and/or computer.
