“can you remove the stand and attatch the wall mount to the back of it? Also this is my first time looking for monitors so how do you connect keyboards? Do you just plug it into the side of the screen or bottom?”

Yes. It does have VESA support. You can remove the stand, and mount on any arms that support VESA.
