"Works With" Alexa supports starts at our HW-Q700A Soundbar - meaning you will need a standalone Alexa device to connect the voice assistant to your soundbar. Built-in Alexa can be found in our S60A, Q850A, Q900A, and Q950A Soundbars. ^Tim

As a standalone unit, No it is not compatible With Voice Assistance. If you have your phone or another device with Voice assistance paired to it then yes.
