“I purchased this Sound Bar system... directions were spotty at best, and even though I can raise the volume up and down on the top controls of the speaker, it won't with the remote. It does not access the sound bar except for mute or changing settings.”

Hi! Please know that many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. Pressing it a second time will unmute. Instructions say tv remote will adjust volume but I have to adjust volume manually at the soundbar and volume control on soundbar remote only mutes the speakers. No remote control for volume with either remote controls.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When I set mine up, it paired up automatically and works fine. If there is a reset or restore default option, you might can try doing that and redo the set-up.
