Hi StBernard! When pressing the Sound Control button on your Soundbar remote (looks like a gear), you will be able to select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range. If you are still unable to adjust the volume, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. ^Tim
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found out my problem. the rear speaker never paired. I needed to move them closer to the bar to Pair. Then you can move them where you want. Then when you press the Sound control button you will see REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range. Also to hear anything out of the rear speaker you have to be in anything but Standard mode. .
