Soundbar has to be in DIN mode

Please be sure you have the sound bar in Surround mode and try again. Should you still not hear any sound, you may need to manually pair the speakers to the soundbar again to reset the connection. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may not be getting a 5.1-channel signal. For example, if your TV or whatever source you're using is not sending any rear-speaker information, they won't play any sound. Try using a different setting on whatever device is outputting to your soundbar, like 5-channel stereo or one of the Dolby Digital formats.
