Mine has this problem after 8 weeks, and the service dept. said it’s a control panel issue and not properly draining, you’ll need a tech to service it. If you’re outside of the 1 year warranty, good luck finding service, I can’t even get a tech show up after 2 weeks of trying. Horrible service. Just don’t purchase Samsung anymore.
