• A:Answer No, you can't use another pedestal other than Samsung. I also tried to use a pedestal I've from an LG washing machine but I couldn't . I guess every manufacturer has its own pedestal model to use with their appliances .

Q: QuestionYes, I already read page 60. The temperatures listed seem to only apply to the wash cycle. There doesn't appear to be a way to adjust the temperature for the rinse cycle, is that correct? The clothes always come out COLD and wrinkled.

• A:Answer There is no option to change the temperature of the rinse cycle unfortunately. I just washed towels on hot and they came out cold. The temperature light goes out when the rinse cycle starts. I never really paid any attention until you mentioned it. What's the point of washing clothes in hot water just to douse them and spin them vigorously in cold water? Defeats the purpose and can ruin your clothes that are delicate to temperature . So out of a 25 minute quick wash. They got 8 mins of hot water and the rest cold! Unbelievable

Q: QuestionDoes this model correct the aluminum spider arm drum holder corrosion issue with a different metal or coated spider arm to prevent the corrosion? Common issue in front loaders and my Samsung of 5 years just failed due to it.
