Your feedback helps us to understand where we can take steps to improve our product and service. The appliance supports Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz protocols. If your access point (router, gateway, modem, hub) uses Wi-Fi 5 GHz, please ensure that the washer connects to the protocol that it supports. I have shared the user manual link below.
