I’m 4’ 11” and had the same problem. I solved it by moving laundry day to Friday nights. That’s when I wear my 6” heels to go clubbing. My red pumps are very versatile.

Please try again later.When planning to stack , you have to purchase stacking hardware(not included) The controls are in front which is convenient and accessible but for being 5'1 ( my wife is the same) it would likely be a challenge taking things in and out from the top with out having to use a step So far very satisfied with the combo, planning to put it in a pedestal for storage,hope this helps
