“I took 1 bolt out of back of washer to be able to use more of the electrical cord to plug washer in . Put bolt back in and used washer once and vibrates like crazy. Is it possible something in side the back of washer fell off when I took the bolt out?? Th”

Are you referring to the shipping bolts? Those need to be removed before using the machine. A front-load washing machine uses a suspension system to support the washtub while it agitates and spins, but the system isn't designed to withstand the strain of moving. The shipping bolts keep the tub secure during a move and reduce the amount of vibration that could damage the suspension.
