A:AnswerIt is advertised to work with Alexa. However, you need the SmartThings app in order for Alexa to work. The problem is that the SmartThings app will not turn the TV on. Once it is on, both Alexa & SmartThings work. I was told by both Samsung support & Geek Squad that this is a low level TV & that you need the remote to turn it on. Seems redundant to use remote first then use can use Alexa.

I can not envision how to use a c-clamp. I used a wire clamp by threading wire over the two stand’s cross bar and through the cabinet top (2 holes on both ends) to the U bolt clip. This discreet anchoring method is secure to my heavy cabinet.
A:AnswerI’m sorry, I don’t know. I bought my own wireless router so I wasn’t renting one from the cable com for the wireless internet hookup. I am also using the Firestick with it. It’s been a good combination for me so far.
