While that is a big cat I don’t think it would knock the TV over. I can not envision how to use a c-clamp. I used a wire clamp by threading wire over the two stand’s cross bar and through the cabinet top (2 holes on both ends) to the U bolt clip. This discreet anchoring method is secure to my heavy cabinet.
