As easy to use as can be had these days. My mom is in her mid-80s. I was happy that I was able to teach her to push the home button to call-up the apps. I couldn't imagine being able to teach her to use multiple remotes although my challenge with this is teaching her that she has to put down the cable remote and use the TV remote to watch Netlix. It's a challenge in progress.
