I've always run into doing any sort of screen casting with my iPhone (or any Apple device). You could work around this (theoretically) if you used adapters to hook your phone up to an HDMI cord. I've only don that with a mac/iPad, thought. There may be a way to do it, but from what I've found you need to have an AppleTV to do it easily. This article (https://www.guidingtech.com/mirror-iphone-screen-android-tv/) explains that it's possible with a third party app. You could try that. Not sure if it works reliably, though. There's always a risk to using third party apps like this, so I would be cautious.
