• A:Answer I haven't done much streaming video. One film (non UHD) through Amazon Prime looked good. It definitely supports 5 GHz. That's the band I use to connect to mu wireless router.

• A:Answer Yes, it has a smart hub that has hdmi ports to connect all your components. I have a Dish DVR, Sony Dvd surround sound, PS4, WiiU and an Apple TV. Although the applet vis really not necessary any more since it has apps for Netflix and Amazon video already built in.

Q: QuestionI too need to know this. What is the exact distance between the legs on the 49 inch model? It looks like the legs are inset a little on the TV, so would not be the full width of the TV itself. Must know which stand to buy before bringing the TV home.

• A:Answer They're not that far in from the sides of the TV. Where the TV is connected to the leg is about 3 inches in from the outside and where the legs touch your TV stand is maybe like 1.5 inches in from the outside of the TV.

• A:Answer The KS8000 is rated as premium HDR (high dynamic range). That means that it can achieve a peak luminance (brightness) of 1000 nits or more. It also supports a WCG (wide color gamut). It has a native 120 Hz frame rate. Basically, the KS8000 is the low end of the SUHD high end models. The KU7000 is more of an entry level HDR set. It has a slightly wider color gamut than a KU6300. It has a native 60 Hz frame rate. Its peak luminance is about 300 nits. (Not bad, but not "premium".) If you watch a lot of movies at 24 FPS, the KS8000 gives a judder free image (120 Hz = 24 Hz X5, no "pulldown" is needed). If you want to buy a UHD Blu Ray player to watch 4k movies, get the KS8000. You can compare models at rtings.com. Their reviews should be taken with some skepticism, but they are a good resource.
